The Galaxy SmartTag2 is a compact Bluetooth tracker designed to help you keep track of your valuable items. Whether it’s keys, bags, pets, or backpacks, the SmartTag2 ensures you can always find what matters most to you.

It uses a vast network of millions of Samsung Galaxy devices to assist in locating your SmartTag. Once activated, nearby Galaxy users will securely detect your tag and anonymously update its location to you—without revealing your identity or theirs.

The device includes Compass View functionality, allowing users to visually navigate toward their lost item with intuitive on-screen directional cues. Once close enough, you can activate the Ring Your Tag feature, making the SmartTag2 emit a sound to help you find it.

When an item is truly lost, Lost Mode can be enabled. This activates the built-in NFC (Near Field Communication) chip, allowing anyone who finds the SmartTag2 to tap it with their smartphone and view your registered contact information and custom message—even if the finder does not use a Samsung phone.

The SmartTag2 has been engineered for extended battery life, lasting up to 500 days with standard use and up to 40% longer in Power Saving Mode. It operates on a replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery, which is included in the package.
